MPD: One Suspect Responsible for Similar Attacks

Monroe Police are investigating two sexual assaults they believe were committed by the same suspect.
The first assault was happened January 18th. According to police a ULM student was forced at gun point to a location off campus where she was assaulted and then returned to campus.
On Saturday, police work an assault where the victim was forced into a residence and assaulted. The suspect left the victim there and left in the victim's car. Police recovered the car a short time later.
Crime scene technicians have processed both scenes and analysis of any possible evidence is being reviewed for a possible identification of the suspect. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect in both cases was described as a black male in his 20's, thin build, light to medium complexion, around 6 feet tall, a short hair cut, and a tattoo on neck and right hand.
