Deputies say Henry Darcy is suspected of killing Timothy Powell on December 9, 2012.
Deputies say Darcy shot Powell outside the Club Le Cave Night Club.
HCSO Homicide Investigators received a tip that Darcy is possibly hiding with family in Monroe, LA.
The tipster was unable to provide names or addresses for any family members in Monroe, LA.
Henry Darcy is a known drug dealer and gang member in Houston, TX. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.
