Grambling Passes Saggy Pants Ordinance

GRAMBLING -- The City of Grambling has a new ordinance in place that will result in tickets and possible jail time if you're caught with saggy pants.
The ordinance passed Thursday with a 3 to 2 vote, and goes into effect immediately.
The fines includes $150 for the first violation, and no more than 15 days in jail.
$250 for the second violation, and no more than 30 days in jail.
$500 for the third violation, and no more than 60 days in jail.
Each of the violations also includes court costs and community service hours.

I think this ordinance should be made state wide. It is so disgusting to see people's underwear exposed!
