NBC NEWS -- The average price of a gallon of gas has jumped nearly 25 cents over the past two weeks
The Lundberg survey of 2,500 stations nationwide found that the average price for a gallon is now $3.59.
That's the biggest two-week jump in nearly two years.
The highest prices were in los angeles, where the average is $4.10 a gallon.
Billings, Montana has the lowest average price of $3.05 a gallon. Lundberg says a rise in wholesale prices is responsible for the hike.
