The Louisiana Supreme Court will hear oral arguments this week on the state's appeal of a judge's ruling that said the statewide voucher program is unconstitutionally funded.
In December Baton Rouge Judge Tim Kelley ruled that the voucher program unconstitutionally diverted local tax dollars to private schools.
Nearly 5,000 students statewide are enrolled in the program.
