7 Week Old Injured; Father Arrested

A bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday for a man accused of slamming his seven week old baby down on a foot rest of a recliner.
The Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Office says Daniel Crum is charged with 2nd degree cruelty to a juvenile.
Investigators say they received a complaint last month from St. Francis Medical Center about a child with a skull fracture.
An investigation began that ended yesterday when deputies say Crum admitted to injuring the baby.
The baby is no longer in the hospital is staying with another family member.
The child's mother was not charged.
