Morehouse Grower Named Finalist for Farmer of the Year

Morehouse Parish's Harper Armstrong is a finalist for Louisiana's Farmer of the Year.
Armstrong is one of three farmers selected by a panel from Texas A&M and the University of Kentucky.
The winner will be selected on February 28th.
They will receive one-thousand dollars and 100 hours use of a new tractor.
