Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe Passing Bill Without Signature

Beebe was originally against this option, but without evidence of any problems resulting from this compromise over the past four years, he will not oppose the bill.
With overwhelming support in both houses of the Arkansas Legislature and no constitutional concerns, Beebe will let the bill go into law without his signature.
The bill will become law next Monday.
