Police: Calhoun Man Arrested for Home Invasion

MONROE -- A Calhoun man is in jail, arrested for home invasion.
According to the arrest report, a neighbor of Terry Kelly, 48, told police that he entered his home while he was sleeping on Friday night, and started to hit him on his face while yelling at him about stealing something.
He was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on Sunday.

The report says Kelly left in his vehicle and did not return to back home until Sunday. The neighbor notified police once Kelly returned.
The arrest report states Kelly told deputies the victim took money from him, but was not able to prove it. The report also says Kelly admitted to going to the victim's residence and hitting him.He was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on Sunday.
