MONROE -- A Monroe man is arrested for burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle and no driver's license over the weekend.
Police say officers observed 40-year old Larry Brown pull into a parking lot on the 1000 block of Highway 165 in a brown Ford pickup truck.
Police say Brown pulled up next to a Volvo tractor, which had reportedly been broken into earlier.
The arrest report says police watched Brown attempt to open the tractor, but then he reached into the tractor's broken window and removed items from inside.
The arrest report says when police approached him and pulled him out of the vehicle, he claimed that the tractor belonged to a friend.
Police say Brown was also found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle that he drove to that location.
He was booked into OCC with a bond set at about $25,000.
