LABI Legislative Issues Conference March 12

WEST MONROE - The Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce and Monroe Chamber of Commerce will host the 2013 Legislative Issues Conference on Tuesday, March 12.
The event will be held on Tuesday, March 12 at noon at the West Monroe Convention Center, 901 Ridge Avenue in West Monroe. The title sponsor for the 2013 Legislative Issues Conference is AT&T.
Featured speakers at the event are Jim Patterson, LABI's vice president of governmental relations and Brian Landry, LABI's vice president of political action. The speakers will present LABI's priorities for the upcoming 2013 regular legislative session, the state's fiscal outlook and will discuss federal legislation that could dramatically affect Louisiana businesses.
Several members of the Northeast Louisiana legislative delegation will attend the luncheon and will have the opportunity to address the audience and respond to questions.
The deadline to RSVP for the luncheon is noon on Friday, March 8.
