Former Monroe City employee Ricardo Nance has been booked in OCC on payroll fraud charges.

Bond has been set for Nance at $10,000.
Nance was fired from the city in July 2011 after pleading guilty to pointing a fake gun at city grant writer Rod Guy during a power outage.
If convicted Nance and Morrison could face $1,000 in fines and up to five years in prison.

Here's another fraud everyone should be aware of - the Amway Tool Scam. Google "Stop The Amway Tool Scam Wordpress" for more information, and forward this information to every non-Distributor/IBO you know, so they don't get ripped off.
