A new trial date is set for an indicted Ouachita County Judge.
Lawyers for James Hesterly and Harry Clemons asked for the trial to be delayed so they can properly prepare for the trial.
The trial was originally set to begin on March 13, but now it's set for August 12 at the federal courthouse in El Dorado.
Hesterly and Clemons are both accused of bribery and conspiracy charges involving FEMA.
