44-year old Tina McIntyre of Epps pled guilty on Thursday before a judge for the murders of Charity Pillars and Chelsea McCann.

In September of 2011 McIntyre fatally shot both women in her home after a confrontation with Pillars - who authorities say was McIntyre's ex-lover.

Deputies say McIntyre then walked into the Richland Parish Sheriff's Office and calmly turned herself in to authorities.

The bodies of Pillars and McCann were found when investigators searched McIntyre's home.

McIntyre is facing two life sentences without the benefit of parole.
