South Ark Woman Killed in Crash Near Monticello

MONTICELLO, AR -- A South Arkansas woman was killed in a car accident over the weekend.
Lisa Calhoun, 50, of Monticello was killed while driving on Florence Road, three miles east of Monticello on Sunday afternoon.
Arkansas state police say Calhoun lost control of her car and went off the highway, rolling and hitting several trees before landing in a ditch.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
