Update: Louisiana State Police say the second man arrested along with a State Trooper is Leonard Dunn.
He's charged with three counts of distributing marijuana and one count of distributing hydrocodone.
If convicted Dunn faces 40 years in prison and a $65,000 fine.

Ronald Thomas, the State Trooper charged with with public payroll fraud, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, distribution of cocaine, malfeasance in office, and obstruction of justice, faces 92 years in prison and a $76,000 fine.
Louisiana State Police say they seized more than $250,000 worth of materials from Thomas.
They accuse him of using money he made from selling drugs to buy trucks, an SUV, an ATV, a four wheeler and a boat over a two year period.

MONROE -- Louisiana State police confirm that a local trooper has been arrested.
The arrest report says 42-year-old Ronald Thomas was arrested and charged with public payroll fraud, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, distribution of cocaine, malfeasance in office, and obstruction of justice.
Thomas was arrested without incident on Monday around 2 p.m. He has been booked into OCC with a bond of $250,000.

The arrest report says LSP Region 2 Criminal Investigation started an investigation in June 2012 into Thomas. The report says a co-defendant was also arrested.
The arrest report says the co-defendant confirmed to police during the investigation that he and Thomas distributed a large quantity of cocaine within Ouachita Parish over a two-year period.
That statement by the co-defendant confirmed to LSP investigators that Thomas was selling narcotics.
The arrest report also says that Thomas made a tip to the co-defendant that the State Police was investigating him, instructing persons involved to destroy the evidence and get rid of the money.
We will update this story with new information as it becomes available.
