OPSO Searching For Missing Teenager

OUACHITA PARISH -- The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a runaway juvenile.
Police say 14-year old Thomas Offord, left his residence on Sugar Baby Lane in West Monroe on March 15 around 7 a.m. going to school.
