Arkansas House Passes e-Cigarette Ban for Minors

The Arkansas House has voted to ban e-cigarettes for Arkansas minors.
Early this afternoon, lawmakers approved HB 1398 in a 76-8 vote.
The ban prohibits the transfer of e-cigarettes and other nicotine products to minors, and prohibits minors from having or buying e-cigarettes.
