Imagine having raw sewage fill your front yard for months -- and nothing is done about it. One woman says that was her nightmare with LWC water company -- and she has the photos to prove it. Federal agents arrested LWC owner Jeff Pruett yesterday. Tonight, residents in Charmingdale tell me problems with LWC have been going on for the past 20 years.

Jean Gonzales, John Williams and Erica Fletcher have all lived in Charmingdale for years. But they have one more thing in common -- they say their water and sewer company -- LWC -- and owner Jeff Pruett have been a nightmare: "Yea he a crook because if you say something to him about your water bill he'll come cut your water off or run your bill up," said LWC customer and Charmingdale resident John Williams.

But resident Erica Fletcher believes few can beat her story. Where for months -- she says raw sewage flooded her yard and made the whole area stink. For 6 months the Fletchers say raw sewage covered their front yard, they called everyday to get the problem fixed, but nothing was done.

Now in a federal indictment -- the EPA says for years in Charmingdale starting in 2005, LWC owner Jeff Pruett knowingly discharged pollutants -- which is anything from waste to sewage to garbage -- into area waters. Leaving residents with few good things to say to Jeff Pruett: "I'd tell him he needs to get off his butt and do the job we're paying, that's what he should be doing," said Williams.
