House in Monore Catches Fire

The blaze erupted just after 8 o’clock Thursday evening. It happened at 19th and Adams Street in south Monroe. Investigators say the fire started in one house, but then spread to two neighboring houses. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but investigators say the house where the fire started was unoccupied and had no electricity. No injuries are reported.
