Dr. Ware said, "The atmosphere is worse now then it was before when Dr. Judson took over as the head of the university."
Ware says last year the president gave larger raises to administrative staff than the faculty.
Ware said, "The general sense of favoritism and putting administration interests ahead of faculty."
We tried to contact the president, but we were told he's not available, in fact this is his parking spot and as you can see it's vacant, but Ware gave us this form, basically putting in writing how many jobs have been lost at Grambling and Ware says the facts are startling.
Ware said, "The dean of Arts and Sciences has changed 5 times, the Dean of the College of studies changed 4 times and that's a new college."
But, Ware says the list doesn't stop there. So to protect the university, Ware says the faculty senate is in the process of drafting a resolution of no confidence.
Ware said, "If that resolution passes the senate and they vote, what it means is we want Dr. Horace Judson removed from office and his administrative staff."
