The Centers for Disease Control is launching its largest public awareness campaign to help holiday travelers combat the spread of H1N1. The campaign will include plastering posters that demonstrate how to wash your hands and cough correctly into your arm. Airplane travel is a good way to spread illness, and during the holidays more people use airplanes. That is why they are placing the posters in airports through out the U.S.

The CDC is also teaching flight crews how to handle and notice sick passengers.  They also recommend that you do not use gloves or masks if no one around you is sick.  The CDC also says that the peak of H1N1 is over and that the number of cases are starting to decline.
