Judge Rules Against Offshore Drilling Moratorium

A federal judge from New Orleans has blocked the six month moratorium on offshore drilling. President Barack Obama's administration put a halt (moratorium) on offshore drilling in response to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico off Louisiana's coast.
