Monroe Police Investigating South Grand Shooting

Monroe Police are investigating a shooting that happened at South Grand and Thomas just before 8:30 tonight.
Authorities haven't released the victim's name, but say he's a black man in his thirties.
Police say the man is in stable condition at the hospital.
Monroe police were called to South Grand and Thomas on a call of shots fired; the victim found a way to get to the hospital before the ambulance arrived.
Police say they need your crime tips and they're asking witnesses to come forward with information.
So far there have been no arrests.
