It all started back in 2008.  Agents with the Federal Food and Drug Administration and State Police raided the Northeast Louisiana anti-aging and wellness center on Cypress street in West Monroe.  There, agents seized patients' files and other items.

Now, nearly two years later there's a federal indictment against the owner, Physician Linda Bunch, Dr. Dallas Humble and Paul Temple, who operated a computer business out of offices near the anti-aging and Wellness Center.

At the center of the controversy is this drug, Human Growth Hormone.  It's approved by the FDA mainly for helping adults and children with human growth deficiencies.  But, the government says Bunch and Humble paid Temple to place orders of H-G-H from a Chinese supplier, then, the two sold H-G-H as an anti-aging drug.  The indictment says those sales amounted to more that 400-thousand dollars.

Will Barham, attorney for Linda Bunch, says the governments accusations are not true.

Barham said, "We have discussed her case and at this time the only comment I'm able to make is that my client is innocent and she will be vindicated in trial."
