Monroe Man Wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder

A Monroe man is wanted for attempted murder after police say he shot someone on South Grand Street nearly three weeks ago. Monroe police are looking for Oterrance Jackson, he also goes by the name of "Sugar Foot."
On June 27th officials say Jackson shot a man several times and then fled. The next day, Jackson was arrested for possession of a fire arm by a felon. He bonded out, but later, police were able to connect the gun in the shooting to the weapon Jackson was arrested for.
