Monroe Businessman Charged With Harboring Illegal Aliens

A Monroe businessman is being charged with bringing in and harboring illegal aliens from India. Mahinderpal Dhaliwal also known as Paul Dhaliwal pled not guilty to the 35 charges against him yesterday. Dhaliwal is charged with conspiracy, mail fraud and encouraging illegal aliens to enter the U.S. He's accused of actions resulting in almost 80 fraudulent applications for visas from India. At least 20 people actually entered the U.S illegally.
