First Monroe Murder Suspect of 2008 Sentenced

A woman who pled guilty to manslaughter has been sentenced. Tasha Lister has been ordered to spend 28 years in prison for killing 20 year old Jessica Williams in March 2008. Lister’s boyfriend, Ronald Gix was already sentenced to 15 years in prison for possession of a firearm. Officials say he gave the gun to Lister to use in the 2008 shooting.
