Observing your Second Amendment rights this weekend will save you big bucks this weekend in Louisiana. Starting tomorrow through Sunday you won't have to pay sales tax on firearms, ammunition and hunting supplies. Governor Jindal signed the second amendment tax free weekend earlier this year. You won't pay taxes on most hunting items including guns and knives.
