This morning, a Monroe teenager lead police on a frantic chase that was all caught on tape.

Check out the dramatic lengths officers will go through to chase a suspect down.

Deputies rammed their flashlights into the car window of 19-year-old LaPorscha Hill until the window busted, and tackled the teenager down to the ground.

Officials handcuffed Hill, who refused to stop for sheriff’s deputies on Highway 165, after her car was seen darting in and out of traffic.

A swarm of state police, sheriff’s deputies, and Monroe Police had to throw down spike strips twice.

The chase ended on Millhaven Rd. after all four tires on the suspect’s car deflated. Despite riding on flattened tires and an officer's orders, our footage reveals that Hill still wouldn't stop for sheriff's deputies.

Hill is being charged with careless operation, resisting-flight of officer, and no driver’s license.
