Do You Know This Man, Wanted for Questioning in Officer Shooting?

Ruston police need your help identifying a man wanted for questioning in the shooting of a Ruston Police officer.

Take a look at the surveillance photos—do you recognize this man?

Ruston police want to interview him, to see if he may know something about the Sept. 13 shooting of Corporal Marchael Canty.

Last week, Cpl. Canty was shot 3 times while he was investigating a suspicious vehicle in Ruston. Cpl. Canty is in stable condition, although he did suffer life-threatening wounds, according to police.

Police say the man in the photos is not a suspect or person of interest, but they do believe he may have some information about the officer shooting.
