The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office has a lot of property on their hands: flat-screen TVs, computers, guns, gaming systems, even a hot red sports car. All of it’s stolen, and needs to be returned.
Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant last week in west Sterlington, leading to the seizure of illegal drugs and a trailer full of suspected stolen loot.
Eddie English was arrested on eight narcotics charges related to the raid.
Detectives also arrested two other people who reportedly arrived on the scene while deputies were executing the search, for interfering with the investigation.
“Our job in law enforcement is to make sure things aren’t taken. But if it is, to give it to its rightful owner. A lot of these items are high-dollar items, items people work with every day,” said Sheriff Bob Buckley.
If you recognize any items in the video as your own, contact the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office. Officials say items were stolen from Ouachita Parish and Union Parish.
