Madison Parish Sheriff's Deputy Accidentally Shoots Himself

Officials say a Madison Parish Sheriff’s deputy accidentally shot himself to death with his own weapon.
Authorities say Billy Hutto was cleaning his service revolver last night, in his own home in Tallulah.
Officials say that’s when he accidentally shot himself in the chest.
Hutto is a veteran Madison Parish Sheriff’s deputy, who worked as a jailer. He’s got over 13 years of service with the force.
Sheriff’s officials say Hutto lead a life dedicated to law enforcement.
