Richwood Police say an early morning home invasion ends in the violent shooting of a man. Now they need your help finding the three men who committed the crime.

Richwood Police were on the scene of the shooting, on Michelle Court just after 4 a.m. That’s located in a neighborhood near Highway 165 South.

Police say three men wearing ski masks stormed into the home, and held a mother, a male relative, and her five children at gunpoint, while demanding money.

A supervisor says that two of the men in the home were tied down with duct tape, while the men raided the home for money, and ransacked the family cars to steal various items.

Police identified the shooting victim as Mario Jacobs, who was shot twice in the arm and back by the gunmen. He’s currently in surgery at Glenwood, according to the family.

Police urgently need your help solving this violent home invasion shooting. If you have information about the three suspects, described as black men disguised in ski masks, contact police immediately.
