Mississippi Man Arrested for Hit and Run

Ouachita Parish Sheriffs have arrested a man from Mississippi for a hit and run incident. Kefunte Burton caused two car crashes Saturday night, according to a police report.
The report says Burton left the scene of the crash on I-20 at milepost 101. Burton also threw out trash bags on the side of the road as he was leaving.
Louisiana State Police later saw Burton's car traveling east on milepost 104 and detained him. Burton now faces charges of hit and run, and littering.
