New Grant Will Teach Students About Agriculture

The Louisiana State Agriculture Center announced this week they will receive 28,000 dollars. The funds will go to develop resource materials for teachers and activities for students. The type of information taught will be topics like how to grow a garden and which crops are grown in Louisiana. The grant is provided by the Louisiana department of agriculture and will be spread out over two years.
