Upcoming Roadwork for Ouachita and Richland

In Ouachita Parish, officials say crews will work on the Lea Joyner bridge over the Ouachita River between Monroe and West Monroe. They say work will begin Monday, Decemebr 6th and last until Friday December 23rd. They say one lane, the outer eastbound lane, will be closed from 8pm to 6am during those days.
In Richland Parish, part of Smalling Road will be closed for bridge work. The portion to be closed is between LA HWY 583 and LA HWY 183. That will start on Tuesday, November 30th and last for about 3 months.
