Man Arrested After Police Chase in West Monroe

Police arrested a man, after a high speed police chase in West Monroe. Richard Dale Frost was stopped by a deputy on Pine Ridge Road.
Frost then tried to flee the scene, which led to a full on police chase. The chase reached speeds of up to 90 miles per hour.
Frost later tried to run away on foot, before he was arrested. Frost is charged with hit and run, and aggravated flight, among other charges.
