West Monroe Man Behind Bars for Rape

Police arrested a West Monroe man on Sunday, after a woman claimed she had been rapped.
Jonathan McCardle, 25, was arrested, after a woman made a rape complaint. The victim told police, she met McCardle at a bar in Monroe.
The victim said she does not remember anything else, until she was at an apartment with McCardle and his two friends. She said she felt she was violated, because her clothes were rumpled and twisted.
McCardle faces a charge of forcible rape.
