32 year old Dallas Taylor is charged with aggravated rape, burglary and armed robbery.
Prosecutors say in September of 2006. Taylor knocked on the door of his 84 year old victim claiming he was there to do yard work before forcing his way in and raping the woman at gunpoint.
Taylor facing a mandatory life sentence if convicted.
