Police called the K-9 unit and found more than a pound of crack cocaine in Jenkins car underneath the console.
The street value of the crack is 23,000 dollars.Metro-narcotics agents say they know who Jenkins was delivering the crack to and are in the process of getting warrants to arrest them.
