Early Voting Starts Tuesday in Arkansas

Election season isn't over for some folks in South Arkansas. Early voting starts Tuesday for a three runoffs.

In Strong, there is a race for alderman between Carrie Daniels and Sandra Gaskin.

In Drew County, there is a race for county judge between Robert Akin and Robin Hood.

In Bearden there is a race for alderman ward one position one between Rebecca Arnold and William Quarles.

None of the candidates received a majority of the vote on election night so there will be a runoff on November 27th.

Early voting begins Tuesday at the Union County Courthouse for the Strong race from 8:30 to 5:00. Voting will be closed on Thanksgiving and the day after.

You can vote from 8:00 to 5:00 for the Bearden race at the Ouachita County Courthouse and for the Drew County race you can vote and the Drew County Courthouse.

 The polls will be open on Election Day from 7:30 to 7:30.
