Secret Service is determining whether an investigation is needed after somebody urged Rick Santorum to "pretend it's Obama" while he was test-firing a weapon at a campaign stop.

Santorum stopped at the Ouachita Parish Sheriff Office Shooting Range Friday morning. He was getting ready to fire off some rounds at a target at the West Monroe shooting range when a woman shouts, "Pretend it's Obama!"

Santorum was asked about the comment afterwards. "Hey Senator, as you were standing up there shooting a woman in the crowd yelled out, 'Pretend it's Obama.' Obviously you were out of range to hear it, but can you comment on it at all?"

Santorum said, "It's absurd. It's...no. We're not pretending it's anybody. We're shooting pistols and, um..It's a very horrible and terrible remark and I'm glad I didn't hear it."

Secret Service representative Lou Velez tells Fox News, "We would look into it, we would definitely look into it."
