Hunter Loses Richwood Mayoral Race

In Richwood, incumbent Mayor Steve Hunter has been defeated by Alderman Alvin Jackson.
Jackson finished with 261 votes to Hunter's 221 votes.

In the Richwood Alderman race, 11 candidates were competing for five seats.
Wysinger L. Cleveland, Gerald Brown, Margie Davis, and Simeon Profit won outright.
There will be a runoff for the fifth spot between Leo Kelly and Leola Goins Keys.
