Interviews Underway for Monroe Animal Welfare Officer

Interviews are underway for Monroe's new animal welfare officer.
Officials say there were 7 applicants, 4 of them qualified to be interviewed.
The candidates will go before a panel made up of people from the Monroe police department and the community.
